One of the best features of Thirsties Duo Wrap Snap cloth diapers is the adjustable rise. You only have to buy two different sizes for the entire time your baby is in diapers. Size one is for 6-18 lbs (0-9 months) and size two for 18-40 lbs (9-36 months). Most parents have found these to be very true to size and along with being able to adjust to your baby's size (waist and bum) makes them near perfect with the exception of extra-chubby babies (some felt the size limit was closer to 15lbs) or those with very skinny thighs (may leak through leg area).

The waterproofness seems to hold true, especially with trifold prefold inserts with no blowouts, but most inserts have performed well. The snap closures are secure and a nice alternative to sometimes irritating velcro - both on the baby's skin and clinging to everything in the washer, but Thirsties do offer a velcro version as well. Some other pros are an elastic in the front, double-gusseted leg, cute patterns, soft material, durability, no leaks and relatively inexpensive compared to other similar cloth diaper covers - most would purchase these again, some wishing they would have discovered these Thirties covers earlier. A few of the cons have been that some preferred velcro over the snaps for a better fit and occasional staining on gussets (can use bleach pen to remove stains). Remember not to dry these in the dryer or the outer coating will start to crack - only line dry.
