OsoCozy Flat Fold Cloth Diapers Review

The OsoCozy Flat Cloth Diapers are made from 100% unbleached cotton with a birdseye weave. Flat cloth diapers are a nice alternative to more expensive fitted, all-in-one, pocket or prefold cloth diapers and have mulch-purpose uses such as burp cloths, clean-up towels or anything you would use a super-absorbent, lint-free towel for cleaning such as dish towels, changing pads, bibs, wash cloths and baby wipes, CD & record cleaning cloths and polishing rags.

Reviews from parents are very positive overall. They are impressed with the diaper's softness and absorbency. Several noted that they had no leaks overnight after 10 hours using either an origami fold with a pocket diaper or diaper cover. Another mom said she is used to having to change her other cloth diapers every two hours, but with the OsoCozy flat diapers after two hours they were only halfway wet. Several have noted that they like then better than Gerber's flatfold diapers because they are thicker and larger.

Shrinkage after washing was not such an issue because they are quite large to begin with, although one said they started to not be as square when new, but it wasn't a big deal. The larger size allows you to use them even on older babies to toddler age and are long-lasting enough to use in the future on several children. To prep the diapers, you can boil them for approximately twenty minutes and wash once before using. Because they are only layer thick, they are easily cleaned and dry fast. Several parents originally bought these as emergency back-up diapers, but are not using them just as much as their other cloth diapers, if not just replacing them completely since they are so easy to use and clean and are priced much lower. Most use an origami fold (shown in below video), pins or snappis for fastening along with various diaper covers like Flip, Econobum and Thirsties, sometimes with an insert and/or doubled for overnight use.
