Kissaluvs Contours Hybrid One Size Cloth Diapers Review

These Kissaluvs contours one size cloth diapers fits babies 7-35 pounds. It is considered a hybrid diaper because of the elastic legs which most contour diapers lack. They are made out of soft, unbleached cotton fleece with elastic, gusseted legs that seem to prevent all but the biggest blowouts. What is unique about the Kissaluvs diapers is the sewn-in soaker layer that is extremely absorbent. The doubler is only attached on one side so it dries faster, allowing the air to circulate around the layers; the diapers wash well and stains are easy to remove. Some parents like to use the Kissaluvs contours with a cloth diaper wrap. The only con is you may need a larger diaper wrap (then say a small sized one) since the Kissaluvs is one-sized and a size small diaper wrap may not cover the Kissaluvs completely.

Kissaluvs Contours Cloth Diapers vs Fitted Cloth Diapers

Since these diapers are snap-free, you can use whatever closure system you want such as snappis, pins or just a cover - if it is snug enough to keep the diaper in place. Some users have noted that because the microfleece is thick (but still thinner than most prefold cloth diapers), it is sometimes a little difficult to fasten with pins or snappis and prefer to use a diaper cover (like Thirsties Duo Wrap) instead. Most have found these much easier to use than traditional prefold diapers as the folding is much simpler - just adjust the rise to your baby, fold the front or back and you're finished! Most positives were: super-soft, super-absorbent, better than prefolds and easy to wash and fast drying time. Only negatives were: a little bulky - sometimes hard to use snaps, may not fit chunkier babies, smaller sized diaper wraps may not cover completely.
